Constask Management Solutions LLP, established in March 2015, provides management consulting and technology solutions to the Construction Industry.
The collaborative planning approach we developed over time, incorporating best practices from Lean Construction & Project Management, is widely accepted by construction professionals.
We are a Lean Organization, with a pool of about 10 highly experienced people with real-project implementation expertise in both Real Estate and Infra projects. Depending upon our need at the given time, we scale up the team in less than 10 days to meet requirements.
We enable and hand-hold Clients' professionals to develop management skills, help organizations improve their Construction and Business processes, and facilitate project planning, execution, monitoring, and control differently to achieve SUPERIOR performance and objectives.
Our Leadership
Dr. Subhash Rastogi
Widely travelled globally, Dr. Subhash Rastogi has 50 years of experience with world-class B-Schools, MNCs, Corporate Education & Professional Bodies. This includes 10 years in Manufacturing Industries, 15 years of academic leadership at IIM Mumbai (earlier NITIE), 15 years of setting up and managing Technology Corporate Academies (at Infosys, HCL Technologies, Tech Mahindra, etc.), 5 years of Entrepreneurship, and 5 years of Industry Mentoring.
He is a blend of expertise in Engineering & Business Management, Lean Digital Project & Manufacturing Management, Digitalization of Businesses, Mentoring Start-Ups, and has synergy of experience in Academia and Industry. In short, he has been an Educator, Author, Entrepreneur, Mentor-Trainer, and Speaker.
He holds a B. Tech & M. Tech. from I.I.T. Kanpur, and a fellowship (Ph.D.) from IIM Mumbai (earlier NITIE). He has also completed certifications from Stanford University, The George Washington University, Project Management Institute (USA), Asian Productivity Organisation (Japan), and was recently awarded Fellowship of IIIE.
Dr. Rastogi has vast consulting experience in large Corporate Houses in Government, Service, Private, and Public Sectors, including overseas. He has trained 4000+ executives in the US, UK, India, etc., in various MNCs. Some of his clients include L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Tata Projects, Space Matrix, Ferrins Pharmaceutical, Mazagon Dock, Voltas, etc. He has presented several papers at international conferences in more than 10 countries and is the author of two international books. The first draft of his next book, "Lean Construction for SUPERIOR Progress, Quality, Safety and Profits," is ready for publication. He has received 3 International awards (PMI & CorpU, USA), 2 National Awards, and 35+ Corporate awards from Infosys, HCL, Tech Mahindra, etc.
As social volunteer service, he served as Member, Advisory Group, Registered Education Providers, PMI, USA (2008-Dec 2010), and Member, Board of Directors, Engineers Without Borders-International, USA (2021-2023), and EWB-India (2019-2021).
Tony Jacob
Tony is a seasoned Construction Project Delivery Specialist with a proven track record of enhancing project performance, team productivity, and profitability across diverse sectors. He collaborates closely with industry leaders to develop and implement strategies that optimize processes, enhance technology adoption, and resolve complex project challenges.
He is an accomplished Lean Project Management Consultant in the construction industry, with over 22 years of experience that exemplifies dedication and skill. He is distinguished by his global credentials in both Construction Project Management from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Lean Construction from the Lean Construction Institute (LCI).
Tony passionately provides training and management consulting services across Asia and the Middle East, committed to transforming the Construction Project Delivery System. He partners with organizations in various sectors of the construction industry to cultivate management skills, enhance productivity, optimize processes, embrace technology, refine project control measures, overcome delivery challenges, and uplift overall project performance.
Authorized to train for the prestigious PMI-CP and CM-Lean certification courses by PMI and AGC, Tony is devoted to empowering others in the industry. His active participation as a member and volunteer in Lean Construction and Project Management communities underscores his relentless pursuit of excellence and his desire to inspire others to achieve their best.
Manoranjan Misra
Former Engineer-in-Chief & Special Secretary, Works Department, Government of Odisha
Manoranjan Misra is a highly accomplished infrastructure and civil engineering leader with over 38 years of experience in public infrastructure planning, project execution, and strategic governance. As the former Engineer-in-Chief & Special Secretary in the Works Department, Government of Odisha, he played a pivotal role in shaping the state's physical and economic infrastructure landscape.
His leadership has been central to the delivery of large-scale, high-impact projects including the 538 km Biju Expressway, World Bank-funded highway and bridge development, SCB Medical College expansion, and urban modernization projects across Odisha. His work spans a range of sectors—transport, healthcare, education, aviation, judicial infrastructure, and heritage development—guided by sustainability, safety, and community impact.
An alumnus of BITS Pilani, Mr. Misra also holds executive management and legal qualifications from XIMB, National Law University, and Utkal University, among others. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and trained in Lean Six Sigma, which he applied to streamline processes and reduce delays across multiple state infrastructure programs.
Mr. Misra continues to consult on infrastructure strategy, design optimization, and project delivery, while also mentoring organizations and professionals in achieving operational excellence. He has expanded his leadership toolkit by completing an AI-focused executive program at ISB Hyderabad, reinforcing his commitment to innovation and data-driven governance.
